CATERER OF THE YEAR

My career as a chef began in 1999 after discovering a love of food. I commenced my apprenticeship under strict English tutors who instilled the finer qualities needed to become a successful chef.

Since then, I have worked at various establishments within Australia, Overseas and aboard Expedition Motor Yachts, refining my culinary skills.

The diverse styles and tastes I have encountered have influenced my cooking. I love living in Far North Queensland, and my food reflects that by utilising an array of our beautiful local products and tropical produce.

I started my chef catering business in 2008, and from its humble beginnings, I have enjoyed watching it grow into a great success.

Over the years, I have won awards and medals in various Culinary Competitions, cooked for celebrities, high-profile politicians and well-known TV stars. However, I am most proud of my reputation within the local community.

My philosophy for success is to provide a personal & professional service and, of course, great-tasting food!
