Hey, I’m Claire, a lover of all things sweet!
I’ve loved being in the kitchen since I was a little girl, baking cookies and slices with my family. I studied food tech through school where my passion grew and I wanted to try new recipes and see just what I could create. For my 21st, I wanted a tower of cupcakes and I wanted it specifically to match my mint green dress and in my favourite flavour. I had no idea where to order them so I made my own.
From there, friends and family started ordering my cakes for their events and convinced me to make a separate Instagram to show them off. Fast forward a few years, I wanted to broaden my skills and studied a Certificate 3 in Patisserie at TAFE where I learned all the basics & many other skills and started baking more and more. Here we are now and I am running my small business from my home, making cakes, cupcakes and cookies for people all around Adelaide.
