Rico spent his apprenticeship renovating old churches, ornate staircases and beautiful bell towers. After his apprenticeship, Rico went on to become a master craftsman. Master craftsmanship is a highly prestigious European qualification that ensures only the highest quality tradesmen are recognised. To become a master craftsman, you have to work in your trade for a minimum of 3 years, learn how to train people and be able to produce high quality craftsman work simultaneously.
