Alert Dog Training Perth doesn’t subscribe to any one particular training method, utilising whatever methods work for each particular dog. Our methods are best described as holistic.
Our approach toward training a dog not only covers obedience training, but also considers factors such as behavioural issues, bad habits, history and environment, as well as your expectations as an owner. All of these factors contribute towards achieving a well balanced dog.
Most undesired behaviours come from the dog not understanding how to behave in a given situation, unclear rules & boundaries and a lack of self control.
We teach you how to reinforce the behaviours you wish your dog to show, and eliminate the behaviours you don’t.
We train all breeds of dogs, and offer training from 8wks of age through to senior years (10yrs+).
Many clients over the years who have previously trained their dog elsewhere prior to contacting Alert Dog Training have been amazed by our easy, direct approach and fast, consistent results.
