Rachna Arora, the Director of Arora Australian Migration Services (AAMS, based in Canberra), is a registered migration agent (MARN 1569979) with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
Rachna came to Australia from India on a student visa before attaining a permanent skilled visa and subsequently Australian citizenship. Rachna received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University in India and a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.
She achieved her Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Australian National University, Canberra. Prior to working as a migration agent, she spent 13 years working as a civil servant in the Australian Public Service. This included several years working as an Assistant Director in the Department of Education, where she advised international students regarding their entitlements under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act 2000) when CRICOS registered colleges closed down.
