Fabio grew up in a tiny island off the Sicilian coast amongst the heady environment of his parent’s pizzeria. His future was cast when he slept with flour in his hair and the smell of oven roasted tomatoes in the air. At a young age he moved to London where his passion for hospitality lead him to high end hotels. His long-term vision was to bring outstanding quality foodstuff with exceptional service and attention to detail. He spent years learning from the best and waiting for his opportunity.
Daniela, from very little discovered the essence of entrepreneurship assisting her parents in the family business.
