I also thrive in answering questions relating to patients dental needs, and you know why- because its my job to not only treat/manage, but to also make sense to you WHY, HOW and WHEN it needs to be done”.
Joseph Tidimane graduated with the Honours Degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery at University College Cork – National University of Ireland, Cork, a constituent university of National University of Ireland – on the 16th June 2005. He was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Academy Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Academic Achievements in Dentistry – National University of Ireland. Joseph has worked in Botswana (Private Practice), and migrated to Australia in December 2006 working for Queensland Health at Mackay, then Toowoomba after which he settled at the Granite Belt (Stanthorpe) as a senior dentist for QLD Health and also working part-time privately. In 2011 he moved to Canberra and has been working in private practice since. In 2014 completed a One Year Master Clinician certificate program in Implant Dentistry through the Loma Linda University / gIDE institute in California in 2014, and in 2015/2016 completed a second certificate program through Melbourne University – The Principles of Surgical Implant Dentistry. In May 2017, Dr. Tidimane completed a Sydney University Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants).
Away from dentistry Joseph enjoys time with his wife Thato and their two daughters and son, as well as turning his hands to some basic carpentry work.
