Vision Our vision is to see East Malvern RSL Sub-Branch return to being a viable part of the Victoria Branch of the RSL so that together we will continue to be the most relevant and recognised ex-service organisation in the State of Victoria with increased and sustainable membership an enhanced profile and standing in the community. Mission provide welfare and benevolent assistance for our service personnel past and present and their families: advocate for the best possible conditions for our serving personnel and for those who have served the nation in the past; foster respect and thanks from the nation for all those service personnel who have made sacrifices in Australia’s name; provide a strong voice on issues of natio.
