John Young was formerly a member, and an Associate Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia. He was also the President of the Victorian Branch, and the National Vice President of the Migration Institute of Australia for a number of years. John is a member of the Migration Alliance.
In addition John was also a Director of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, which is the Government regulator for the Migration profession in Australia.
His Migration Agent Registration Number is 9251554. The first two numbers indicate the date of first registration, being 1992. It indicates the length of experience in immigration law since becoming registered. However John started as a Migration Consultant in 1989 and in 2019 he will have been practising for 30 years.
