Starting out in the region in 1991, Paul’s culinary journey has seen him own and operate numerous dining venues, successfully gaining him a reputation for consistently high quality cuisine.
In the theme of his previous chapter at Chianti’s at Trinity Beach, Lemoncello’s was created and opened in March 2021.
In his latest venture at Lemoncello’s Cairns, Paul brings together his love of Italian cuisine and his talent in the kitchen to create a menu that boasts a combination of traditional Italian favourites and fresh modern flavours that have won over his many followers over the years.
The full renovated restaurant seats 60 inside and out with a modern and crisp style that matches the food offering. Featuring an eclectic gallery of black and white prints of Italians and Italian culture, the atmosphere is warm and friendly and perfect for any occasion.
