Silks is a bike workshop that focuses on mountain bike suspension servicing and wheel building. We keep a good range of seal kits and spare parts in stock for quick turnaround of suspension services, and we have a spoke thread roller to ensure we always have correct spoke lengths on hand. We value attention to detail, and providing honest, transparent information.
We know suspension servicing intervals can be confusing so we have tried to make the whole process of you getting your suspension serviced as uncomplicated as possible. Our service options are straightforward and we have an easy online booking system.
Silks no longer has a customer facing workshop but we have several options for getting parts to us.
~ Leave any booked in service work with The Bike Van in the adjoining workshop.
~ Post it to us and we will return it for a fixed price.
~ Book your bike in for a service at either The Bike Van, Giant Hobart, or Pedal Bite and they can arrange suspension servicing with us at the same time.
